The topic for this week’s school assembly was Srinivasa Ramunujan- An
all time great mathematician.
Day I- The information was an insight into his life. Without any formal
training in Mathematics he made an extraordinary contributions to mathematical
analysis, number theory and infinite series.
Day II- A skit was enacted about his childhood education in which he
discovered the trigonometric functions.
Day III – Ramunajan math magic square was demonstrated by the students.
Day IV- A skit related to famous ‘Hardy Ramanujan taxi number’was
depicted by the children.
Day V- A quiz on Srinrinivasa Ramunajan was conducted.
