The theme for the fourth week of December 2012 was Jharkand – The land of forests. In an enthusiastic and attention-grabbing staging the students, on day one, put forward a presentation on ‘Introduction of Jharkand’. Day two witnessed an engaging show- case of local martial art – ‘Lathi’. Penultimate day was highlighted by the enactment of India’s winning moments in the world cup, Mahindra Singh Dhoni ‘Mahi” (Jharkand favourite son) and Yuvraj Singh’s heroics in the final over. ‘Chake De India’ number marked the victory lap concluding the Jharkand show on an elevated note.
